Allergies in Rolla MO Chiropractor

NBC’s Today show aired a story this morning calling this year’s allergy season a Tsunami event.  They blame it on the record snow fall in twelve states, Missouri is not included in this, and the fact that all the plants are pollinating at the same time.

Living in Rolla Mo my whole live I have learned several techniques to help you out. No going the chiropractor is not one of them. I wish it was and believe me you I have seen many claims that it is but it isn’t.  Chiropractic care is awesome for back and joints.

I will get off my little soap box and give you my allergy tips.

1:            Exercise indoors for a few weeks.

2:            Take a shower every night, wash away the allergens.

3:            Use eye drops and also gently wash your eyelashes, your eye lashes collect pollen.

4:            Change your bedding frequently and consider buying allergen free bedding.

5:            If you take allergy medications follow your doctor’s advice use them as they are prescribed.

6:            Buy good door mats, these help keep the allergens from being tracked in your home.

7:            Keep your house clean, sweep those carpets, and consider mopping your floors.

8:            Change your furnace filter every 2 weeks during the month of May.
