Cardinal Baseball Rolla MO

Cardinal’s baseball Rolla MO.

The St .Louis Cardinals are ready for playoff baseball; again, sorry Cubs fans.

Rolla MO area residents will be going to the games or sitting at home watching on TV. As a Chiropractor I have to remind everyone to watch responsibly. Traveling to the stadium can be hard on your back. Sitting at home and watching for long hours is also hard on our spines. Make every effort to get up and stretch. Move around between innings and pitching changes. Stretch out before watching the game and make sure you use a good comfortable chair. These games can be long.

In the 1985 “Go Crazy Folks” game, Ozzie Smith hit a long home run down the right field line. Jack Buck made the famous call “Go Crazy folks, go crazy.” Cardinal fan Robert Terguson jumped suddenly from his seat at home herniating his L5 disc. A team of Chiropractors were employed to get Robert back and game ready for the I-70 series against the Royals. Sadly the game 6 fiasco and subsequent loss was too much for Robert and he has resided in a mental institution since.

I myself suffered a moderate Cardinal’s playoff induced Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. During the 2014 playoff season any time Pete Kozma was put in the game I would grab my seat so tight and squeeze so hard that Carpal Tunnel would develop in both hands.  This resolved with Chiropractic care and a series loss to the Giants.

I am preparing this year by doing cognitive behavioral therapy; any time Matheny has an obvious stroke and puts Kozma in a game, I recite “serenity now” four times and squeeze a soft stress ball. Sadly for me, the only real cure will be a Pete Kozma trade.

This should turn out to be a great playoff season for the team, even the Pope traveled here to bless the Cardinals.

The names of the fans have been changed to protect thier privacy.

See your local chiropractor David Moreland, this generally guarantees a win.
