Headache Care
Just a quick word on headaches. I hate them. Who doesn't? So why do people live with them when they are so easy to treat. Many if not most headaches are from the loss of the normal curve of the spine.
Fact is you neck shouldn't be straight, it is meant to have a gentle curve. When we lose this curve, we get headaches. Leave the neck straight even longer and degenerative changes occur and disc begin to deteriorate.
There is a simple fix with chiropractic care. It is quick.
