Headaches Migraines

Do you suffer from headaches or migraines?  Many people do.  Chiropractic manipulation is very helpful at treating the cause of headaches.  At Moreland Chiropractic clinic, in Rolla MO, we have been treating people with headaches for years with great success.  We find many people suffer from headaches do to a loss of the normal lordodic curve of the cervical spine.  This is very treatable.  Often this problem goes missed on the patients initial x-rays. I find many times that patient has been subjected to many diagnostic test that have all came up with no hard conclussion as to why the patient had headaches in the first palce.  When we go back and examine the patients first test this problem was there, overlooked.  The patient is frustrated and has been subjected to medicines that have not helped, often for years.

We like to utilize a treatment known as SOT.  It is a gentle adjustment that restores the normal curve to the cervical spine.  We also ask our patients to perform McKenzie extension exercies at home.  This exercise helps strengthen the spine and also restore the normal lordodic cure of the cervical spine. This treament is oftne combined with stim and massage.
