Saint Patricks Day in Rolla MO

St. Pats has arrived in Rolla MO. Let’s be honest St. Pats is special in Rolla. Few places shut the town down like we do. As usual this will be the best ever. So let’s deal with some cold hard fact alcohol will be consumed in mass quantities and people will fall down and get hurt as well as the old St. Pats flu or hangover as we call it. So first off make sure you have a sober driver, period this is not negotiable. Do whatever you can to keep safe and the people around you safe.Second, pace yourself there is no need to be a fall down drunk; you will regret it in the end. Also if you see someone drinking too much, say something or do something cut them off. Whatever it takes to get them to quit is needed, they may hate you now but in the long run their grandchildren will love you for it. Thirdly hydrate. Lots of water folks. Alcohol dehydrates your body. Now for the chiropractor stuff, if you get hurt ice the injury and get into the chiropractor as soon as you can. Don’t let it wait the longer you wait the harder it may be to fix you. Moreland Chiropractic Clinic has helped Rolla citizens survive the St. Pats craziness for over 20 years, so feel free to call Moreland Chiropractic Clinic in Rolla as soon as you need us.David J.
