It's hot outside. You don't need me to tell you that. Keep hydrated drink lots of water, 10 8 oz. glasses a day (more if you are outside). People are more prone to back injuries in this heat because of dehydration. Get in and get adjusted. Watch your fellow workers, if they look tired or dehydrated make them get out of the heat, rest, and hydrate. You don't want them to hurt you or themselves.
