Tennis Elbow Chiropractic

Right elbow hurting?  You may have lateral epicondylitis.  Also known as tennis elbow or golfers elbow.  It is painful and debilitating.  You may find drug free relief by seeing a chiropractor.  Chiropractors often treat this with conservative care that includes active release technique, inferential therapy and sometimes ultra sound.  Often the elbow is adjusted as well to improve normal range of motion of the joint itself.  Home therapy and rest are also promoted.

The condition is basically inflammation of the insertion of the muscle into the bone itself.  It can be difficult for the patient to treat because of constant aggravation of the inflamed site.  Many patients also find relief by using a tennis elbow strap.  This strap helps by lessening the tension or pressure of the inflamed site.   These straps are very useful but they need to be used properly for them to work so professional advice on the placement is need.

So in short if you live in the Rolla MO or St. James MO area, and you have elbow pain you should consider seeing us.  Moreland Chiropractic, we have been providing safe effective chiropractic care to the area for the past seventeen years.
